Beyond the Glass Ceiling (BTGC) is back! Presented by *SCAPE, this event empowers and inspires youth to challenge societal norms, overcome barriers, and follow their passions with confidence.

This year’s theme “BFFL”, shines a spotlight on the transformative power of friendships, mentorships and support systems, celebrating the incredible strength and influence of women in shaping our lives.

Grab your besties and get ready for a series of thought-provoking conversations, inspiring stories and interactive activities here at *SCAPE!

Join us this February at BTGC to be part of a movement where we empower, uplift women and champion each other in all aspects of life.
