LOST ARTS FOUND is a residency dedicated to rediscovering Singapore’s vanishing and underappreciated trades. Hosted by Play!, the project invites the public to explore rattan weaving, traditional coffee making, Chinese opera, Peranakan beading, and other heritage crafts through an open call for workshops and performances.
In December, artists, performers, and creatives can freely use our space, fostering a zero-waste, interactive learning environment. January, aligning with Singapore Art Week, will showcase diverse cultural crafts, inviting participants to step into a nostalgic world 30–50 years past. By activating SCAPE as a lively, accessible community hub, LOST ARTS FOUND encourages participants to unwind, find inspiration, and leave with newfound knowledge and curiosity about Singapore’s rich cultural legacy.
