Can you describe the HubQuarters Fellowship Programme?
It aims to help startups like BoomX to progress with relevant skills and knowledge through workshops run by Reactor team and match us up with mentors with relevant experience in our industry to provide guidance to bring us further.
Can you share more about yourself?
I am the trainer of Boomercise, multi task brain and physical exercise program aim to help Young at Hearts to stay physically and mentally fit to lower risk of dementia and depression. Along the way, I feel that they need much more empowerment in their silver years. With the help of Scape, I am able to work on BoomX aim to empower Young At Hearts by building their skill sharing enterprises.
Please share your experience with the Fellowship Programme?
It was a great learning experience and I gain a lot from the workshops and mentoring sessions with my assigned mentors. Most important is the support we could get from this ecosystem completed with this co-working space and events spaces for us to run our pilot. It is a pity that this 6 months journey is coming to an end. How I wish this program could be longer.
What do you hope to see in the Fellowship community?
I hope to see more networking and pitching opportunity and business match making sessions will be very useful.
How do you think you can contribute back to the Fellowship community?
Well, in any way I could contribute. Linking startups with my business network if this could that could help rest of the fellows to progress. In fact, I had been sharing with people about my scape program(just that they do not meet the age requirement) as well as linking them up with partners that I know.
What are your future plans?
Well, startup is about series of testings and proofing the concept that leads to building the first minimum viable product and start gaining traction. Milestone by milestone.
