Can you describe the HubQuarters Fellowship Programme?
The HubQuarters Fellowship Programme is ideal for budding entrepreneurs who need a push to kickstart their entrepreneurship journey. It has equipped us with the necessary skills to further refine our product and growth strategy. What’s most amazing is the opportunity to be surrounded with positive changemakers!

Can you share more about yourself?
I’m Eugene, one of the co-founders of StaffAny and I overlook growth! I’m thrilled with optimization and I love challenging myself to achieve the maximum with minimal resources. I love to meet new people and listen to their experiences because I believe that everyone has a unique and interesting story. During my free time, I would go for runs to keep myself fit so that I would be ready for the journey ahead.

Please share your experience with the Fellowship Programme?
I am thankful for the fellowship team’s guidance and support over the duration of the programme. Being in a phase where we need to optimize for growth and product, the reactor team, Rusydi and Jian Liang, have introduced us mentors who are experts in the F&B industry. F&B domain experts Justin from Greendot and Jesher from Yakun were the mentors attached to us, and their experiences helped us leapfrog our process and avoid potential mistakes. With their guidance, we were able to build a solution that many local F&Bs love.

Furthermore, the fellowship programme opened more doors for us. The reactor team was quick to identify other industries with similar problems of scheduling and timesheet management and they were proactive in connecting us with the right people.

What do you hope to see in the Fellowship community?
I look forward to a strongly knitted fellowship community and alumni network where we would have yearly gatherings or programmes to help each other further grow our mission.

How do you think you can contribute back to the Fellowship community?
I am grateful for the kindness received through the programme and I hope that my experiences would be able to benefit the fellowship community. I would be more than happy to share my experiences to the community and would be interested to participate in alumni gatherings.

What are your future plans?
Of course, it would be to further grow StaffAny into a global company and transform the future of work! The most immediate step is to expand our solution to more industries who are facing the same problem of workforce and timesheet management, and we are looking into the retail and education sectors. At the same time, we are building a Rockstar team to grow StaffAny into the next stage together!
