Terms and Conditions
Contest starts from 20 October and ends on 31 October 2020, 23:59, limited to 10 winners only. 

• This contest is organised by *SCAPE Co., Ltd (the “Organiser”) and is open to all participants aged 18 to 35 years old, residing in Singapore only. 
• By participating in this contest, the contestants agree to be bounded by these terms and conditions stated.  
• Only one entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.  
• The prizes for this giveaway are neither exchangeable for cash nor transferable. 
• Contestants are required to set their Instagram account to public for viewing.  
• Contest winners will be notified via Instagram direct message on 4 November and will be required to provide their person details. (full name, contact number, email address) 
• In the event the winner does not reply within 24 hours of notification, the organiser reserves the right to award the prize to a replacement winner or forfeit the prize and the organiser’s decision is final.
• Entries submitted will be featured on *SCAPE’s social media platforms.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. 
• The organiser, it’s appointed agents and employees shall not be liable for any loss, injury and/or damage which may occur, however caused due to any unforeseen circumstances. 
• The organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
