Kris Kai (1) Kris Kai, Dungeon Master

Having hosted the Asian Youth Games and Singapore Youth Olympic Festival, Kris Kai is touted as one of the most engaging and entertaining emcees on the scene.

With over 14 years in the industry, his experience includes events welcoming Guest-of-Honors such as President Halimah Yacob, and celebrities Tosh Rock, Romeo Tan and Shunji Matsuo.

These experiences have in turn made him one of the most sought-after communications trainers in Asia (Elevation Communications) working with Netflix, Disney and Amazon.

Furthermore, he is a Voiceover Artist who has covered multiple genres, such as Commercials, Games, and more. He then brings this skill to his endeavors as a Game Master running Tabletop Roleplaying Games.

He believes that the best way to impact someone is not just by what they have seen, heard, or touched but, at the core of it all, by how they felt. Thus, giving an immersive experience one will not forget.

Danial Redkoh Hakim Danial “Redkoh” Hakim, In-Game Leader, ElevateGG

My name is Danial also known as RedKoh, I have been playing Valorant professionally for about 3 years now. I have coached in America and also played at the highest level in Asia. I have taught multiple players ranging from newer players to veterans. I have about 9 years of experience competing in FPS games since I was 15. I am confident that I can show you guys a few tricks or two.

Daryl Youngin Ng Daryl “Youngin” Ng, Coach, RSG

Daryl ‘Youngin’ Ng is one of Singapore’s leading coach in the Esports industry with 5+ years of experience for both professional and community based coaching of strategy games. He is also a Bronze medalist as part of Team Singapore’s contingent for Esports (Mobile Legends) in the 31st SEA Games, and hold the record for best international performance in a  world series by a Singapore team for Mobile Legends. Outside of competition, Daryl provides Esports programmes to local schools and organizations, empowering youth through Esports.

Ilhammi Tan (mod) Ilhammi Tan, Co-Founder, Ardent Collective

DJ, Emcee, Gamer, Content Creator. In the gaming space, I go by Driftshadow, or Drift. The name was born out of a love of racing games, the art of drifting and stealth-based games.

Clara Tan (mod) Clara Tan, Content Lead, IMPLS Entertainment (Paper Rex)

With a passion for video games ignited since childhood, Clara boasts a rich history in the gaming realm, transitioning from a dedicated player to a multifaceted professional in the esports sphere.

As a former VCT Game Changer competitor and FPS streamer, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the industry’s dynamics and community intricacies. She has had previous experience in marketing and film production across different roles for advertising campaigns globally, including working with brands like Lazada, MapleSEA, and Marina Bay Sands.

Clara currently helms the creative department as the Content Lead of Paper Rex, Singapore’s premier esports team in the Valorant franchise, creating impactful experiences that inspire and resonate with fans and aspiring gamers alike.

Daryl “iceiceice” Koh Pei Xiang, born on June 17, 1990, is a highly regarded professional Dota 2 player from Singapore. Known for his exceptional skill and versatility, iceiceice has built a reputation as one of the most innovative and unpredictable offlaners in the game. His career in esports began with the game DotA, where he quickly established himself as a formidable player, winning multiple tournaments. Transitioning to Dota 2, iceiceice continued to excel, playing for top-tier teams such as Scythe Gaming, Zenith, Team DK, Vici Gaming, EHOME, Mineski, Fnatic, Evil Geniuses, Team SMG and Team Bleed. Beyond his in-game prowess, iceiceice is also known for his charismatic personality and sense of humor, endearing him to fans worldwide.

In recent years, iceiceice has transitioned from being a full-time professional player to focusing more on live streaming. This career switch has allowed him to connect more directly with his audience, sharing his vast knowledge of the game and his entertaining commentary. As a streamer, he continues to influence the Dota 2 community, providing insights, tutorials, and engaging content that keeps fans coming back for more. With a career spanning over a decade, iceiceice remains a significant figure in the Dota 2 scene, continually inspiring new generations of players.

Jolene Lustreless Poh Jolene “Lustreless” Poh, Production Coordinator, Riot Games

I first embarked on my esports journey in my polytechnic days. Competing in mixed and collegiate teams all the way from the local crowd to the global stage, I was also formerly captain of Team Asterisk, one of SEA’s formerly best all-female LoL teams. My passion in competitive gaming also extended out to mobile games such as Wild Rift, where my team clinched a SEA Games silver medal for Singapore. Along the way, I realized esports is truly a core in my life, and transitioned from being an engineer to handling League Ops in FSL thereafter. Right now, I’m currently handling the VALORANT product at Riot Games.
